Mphasis Share Price: Shares of Mphasis Limited fell over 4 per cent on Friday's trading session after the company announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025 today. At the end of the trading session, the shares of the IT firm closed in red at Rs 2,760 apiece, down by 4.66 per cent from the previous close. The stock recorded its intra-day high at Rs 2958.90 before declining further.

Mphasis Q2FY26 result

Mphasis delivered a strong performance in the second quarter. The company’s revenue increased by 10.34 per cent to Rs 39,019 million year on year (YoY), while profit after tax (PAT) rose by 10.8 per cent to Rs 4,691 million YoY.

The company's Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) were up 4 per cent, with the operating margin remaining stable at 15.3 per cent, exactly in line with estimates.

Q2 result highlights point-wise

1) Gross Revenue grew 5.3 per cent QoQ and 11.4 per cent YoY in Q2 FY26 on a reported basis and grew 2.0 per cent QoQ and 6.0 per cent YoY in Constant Currency

2) Direct revenue grew 5.5 per cent QoQ and 13.4 per cent YoY on a reported basis and grew 2.2 per cent QoQ and 7.9 per cent YoY in Constant Currency

3) New TCV wins of USD 528 million in Direct, of which 87 per cent is in new-gen services

4) Reported operating margin at 15.3 per cent.

5) Net profit grew 6.2 per cent QoQ and grew 10.8 per cent YoY to Rs 4,691 million in Q2 FY26

6) EPS grew 6.2 per cent QoQ and 10.2 per cent YoY to Rs 24.7
