Hindustan Unilever slips as FMCG major is set to report its Q4 earnings today

HUL Share Price: Hindustan Unilever slipped on BSE on Wednesday (April 24, 2024) as the FMCG major is set to report its Q4 earnings today.

The stock that opened at Rs 2,267.35 dipped to the day's low of 2,250.00, a 0.56 per cent fall from its previous close of Rs 2,262.75.

The stock of the large-cap FMCG was trading lower by 0.21 per cent, or Rs 4.85, at Rs 2,257.90.

Hindustan Unilever is slated to reveal its March quarter earnings today.

As per Zee Business research, the company is estimated to report a subdued quarter with revenue set to fall by 1 per cent year-on-year to Rs 15,127 crore.

The revenue for the January-March quarter is expected to slip to Rs 15,127 crore, down 1 per cent compared to Rs 15,215 crore registered during the previous fiscal.

Its EBITDA, a measure of operational profitability, is set to take a hit by 3 per cent to Rs 3,479 crore as against the earlier Rs 3,574 crore, down 3 per cent.
