Indian equities strengthened by solid global cues continued their bullish run for the thirteenth straight day today.
Equities maintained their winning streak for the 13th straight session on Monday and ended at record highs. Nifty at the close ended higher at around 25,280.
Here are the stocks that buzzed in trade today:
HPCL:
After crude oil price retreated below $77 per bbl, shares of the OMC ended higher by over 2 per cent at Rs 427.8.
Axis Bank:
After UBS maintained buy on the lender, the stock ended higher by over 1 per cent at Rs 1,188.65.
Bajaj Finserv:
Shares of the NBFC ended over 3 per cent higher as Bajaj Housing Finance IPO is set to open next week.
Maruti Suzuki:
Shares of the leading automaker managed to end in the green at Rs 12,424.85 even as the PV sales declined m-o-m in August.
L&T:
L&T shares ended 0.6 per cent lower at Rs 3,681.15 as the company carved out a new entity for its renewable EPC business.
