Asian Paints dividend: Paint major's shares go ex-dividend

Asian Paints share price, Asian Paints dividend ex-date 2023, Asian Paints dividend record date 2023: Asian Paints shares traded ex-dividend on Friday, June 9. The Asian Paints stock — traded on the bourses with the symbol ASIANPAINT — rose by as much as Rs 14.3 or  0.4 per cent to Rs 3,225 apiece on BSE in early deals, in line with mild gains in the overall market. The paint major — engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, coatings, and other related products and services — had announced a final dividend of Rs 21.25 per share for the financial year 2022-23, a 2,125 per cent payout given the face value of Re 1 apiece. 

Asian Paints' dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the company’s ensuing 77th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held at 11 am on Tuesday, June 27. 

Asian Paints dividend payment date 

The final dividend for the financial year gone by will be paid on or after June 30, subject to approval of its shareholders.
