PropShare Titania’s Rs 473 crore IPO will be entirely a fresh issue, opening for subscription on July 21 and closing on July 25. The company, which offers fractional ownership of office properties, is targeting ultra-high-net-worth investors with a price band of Rs 10,00,000 to Rs 10,60,000 per share. Allotment is expected on July 30, with listing on the BSE set for August 4.

Bengaluru-based Indiqube Spaces is launching a Rs 700 crore IPO, including a fresh issue of Rs 650 crore and an OFS of Rs 50 crore. The offer opens on July 23 and closes July 25, with shares to be listed on both NSE and BSE on July 30. The price band is Rs 225 to Rs 237 per share.

Electronics manufacturer GNG Electronics is bringing a Rs 460.43 crore IPO, comprising a Rs 400 crore fresh issue and Rs 60.44 crore OFS. The offer opens on July 23 and closes on July 25, with allotment expected on July 28. Listing is scheduled for July 30 on both BSE and NSE. Price band: Rs 225 to Rs 237 per share.

Brigade Hotel Ventures, part of the real estate conglomerate Brigade Group, is eyeing a Rs 759.60 crore raise via a 100 per cent fresh issue. The IPO is expected to open on July 24 and close on July 28. Allotment is likely on July 29, with a tentative listing on BSE and NSE set for July 31. The price band is yet to be announced.

Ahmedabad-based Shanti Gold International is floating a 100 per cent fresh issue of 1.81 crore shares. The IPO opens on July 25 and closes on July 29, with allotment expected on July 30. Tentative listing on August 1 on BSE and NSE. Price band is yet to be disclosed.

Swastika Castal, an engineering component manufacturer, is launching a Rs 14 crore fixed-price SME IPO at Rs 65 per share. The issue will open on July 21 and close on July 23, with a tentative listing date of July 28 on the BSE SME platform.
