Upcoming IPO: After a long dry spell in the mainboard IPO market, Hexagon Nutrition Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on June 5, 2026, with the issue closing on June 9, 2026. The public offer is a book-built issue worth Rs 138.87 crore and consists entirely of an offer for sale (OFS), meaning no fresh capital will be raised for the company.
Since the issue is fully an OFS, all proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders. According to the company's red herring prospectus (RHP) Arun Purushottam Kelkar, Subhash Purushottam Kelkar, Aditya Kelkar, and Nutan Subhash Kelkar, are the selling shareholders divesting part of their stake. The company itself will not receive any funds from the IPO.
The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 42–Rs 45 per share, and the implied market capitalisation stands at around Rs 553.13 crore. The IPO comprises 3.09 crore equity shares.
Investors can bid in a lot size of 333 shares and in multiples thereof. For retail investors, this translates to a minimum investment of Rs 14,985 at the upper price band.
The IPO's anchor investment date is fixed on June 4, 2026, ahead of the public subscription window. The allotment is expected to be finalised on June 10, 2026, with a tentative listing scheduled for June 12, 2026, on both the stock exchanges (NSE and BSE).
The issue has been structured with up to 50 per cent reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), not less than 35 per cent for retail investors, and at least 15 per cent for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs).
The book running lead managers for the issue are Cumulative Capital Pvt Ltd and Catalyst Capital Partners Private Limited, while the registrar of the issue is Kfin Technologies Ltd.
