Park Medi World IPO: Park Medi World Limited, the private hospital chain operator, launched its initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 920 crore on December 10. The public offer is a mix of fresh issuance and offer for sale (OFS) and will remain open for subscription till December 12, 2025. As of 12 pm, the issue has been subscribed to 15 per cent so far, as per the provisional exchange data.

The basis of allotment for the IPO shares is expected to be finalised on December 15, 2025, and the stock is expected to list on both the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) on December 17, 2025.

According to the company's red-herring prospectus (RHP), Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar of the issue.

Park Medi World IPO subscription status

As of 12 pm, investors have bid for 61.74 lakh shares out of the total shares on offer. The subscription primarily includes bids from institutional investors and the retailers category who have bid 0.18 times and 0.22 times against their allotted portion.

The Park Medi World IPO is a book-building issue of Rs 920 crore, which comprises a fresh issue of 4.75 crore equity shares worth Rs 770 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 93 lakh equity shares worth Rs 150 crore.

The IPO has reserved 50 per cent, 15 per cent and 35 per cent of the net offer for the QIB, NII and retail investor categories, respectively.

The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is Rs 14,904, translating into a lot size of 92 shares (based on the upper end of the price band).

Aequs has priced its public offer at Rs 154 to Rs 162 per equity share, giving the company a valuation of around Rs 6,997.28 crore.

How does Park Medi World plan to use the IPO proceeds?

Park Medi World intends to utilise the IPO proceeds toward repaying or prepaying certain outstanding borrowings of the company and its subsidiaries, capital expenditure to develop a new hospital and expand an existing one through its subsidiaries Park Medicity (NCR) and Blue Heavens.

The company will also allocate IPO funds for purchasing medical equipment for itself and its subsidiaries, Blue Heavens and Ratangiri.

However, the remaining funds will be used for unidentified inorganic acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
