Om Power Transmission IPO: Om Power Transmission has opened its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on April 9, 2026, aiming to raise Rs 150 crore through a book-built issue, with a mix of fresh issue and offer for sale (OFS) of shares.
As of 12:20 pm, the IPO had received bids for 29.47 lakh shares out of the net offer, resulting in a 49 times the overall subscription, with the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) leading the bidding.
The Rs 150 crore IPO comprises a mix of fresh issue of 0.76 crore shares and offer-for-sale (OFS) of 0.10 crore shares.
The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 116 to Rs 175 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the company commands a market valuation of approximately Rs 599 crore.
Investors can bid for shares in a lot size of 85 shares. At the upper price band of Rs 175 per share, the minimum investment required for retail investors is Rs 14,875.
