Kross share price listing (BSE, NSE): Stock see at par listing; debut at Rs 240 per share on both NSE, BSE

Kross Ltd share price listing (September 16):  Kross shares in Monday's trade made at par debut. The stock against the IPO price of Rs 240 made its debut at both the NSE and BSE.

After a flat debut, shares at around 11:06 am traded with gains of over 8.33 per cent at Rs 260, while at day's high it scaled to Rs 265.65 per share on both the BSE.

The IPO of Jamshedpur-based company offered its shares in the fixed price band of Rs 228-240 per share with a lot size of 62 shares. The company raised Rs 500 crore via its primary offering, which included a fresh share sale of Rs 250 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 1.04 crore equity shares

Kross was incorporated on May 9, 1991. The company is engaged in manufacturing and supplying trailer axle and suspension assemblies, along with forged and precision-machined safety-critical parts for medium and heavy commercial vehicles and farm equipment.
