Hexagon Nutrition IPO: Hexagon Nutrition Ltd's initial public offering (IPO) has entered its last day of public bidding and according to the provisional exchange data, the IPO has been subscribed 20.22 times against the net offer, as of 12:30 pm.
The public offer of Hexagon Nutrition is a book-built issue of Rs 138.87 crore, with 3.09 crore equity shares on offer. The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) with no fresh issue component.
This means that the entire proceeds raised from the IPO will directly go to the shareholders who are offloading their stakes through the OFS. No fresh capital will be raised for the company.
As per the company's red herring prospectus (RHP), the selling shareholders are Arun Purushottam Kelkar, Subhash Purushottam Kelkar, Aditya Kelkar, and Nutan Subhash Kelkar.
Hexagon Nutrition Limited raised Rs 41.66 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue opening.
The IPO is priced in the range of Rs 42-Rs 45 per share. Investors can bid in a lot size of 333 shares and in multiples thereof.
This means that the retail investors will need a minimum investment of Rs 14,985 based on the upper end of the price band.
The IPO opened for public bidding on June 5 and will remain open till June 9, 2026.
The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on June 10, and the shares are expected to list on NSE and BSE on June 12, 2026.
The IPO has fixed up to 50 per cent for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15 per cent for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and 35 per cent for the retail investor category.
The book-running lead managers for the issue are Cumulative Capital Pvt Ltd and Catalyst Capital Partners Private Limited, while the registrar of the issue is KFin Technologies.
