The allotment of shares for ATC Energies System's IPO is expected to be finalised today, Friday, March 28, 2025. The IPO opened for bidding on March 25 and closed on March 27, receiving a decent response. It was subscribed 1.61 times overall. Retail investors showed good interest, subscribing 2.49 times their portion, while institutional buyers subscribed 1.38 times. However, the non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed to only 81 per cent of their reserved quota.

4. Enter your PAN and application number.
5. Click ‘Submit’ to see your allotment status.
On Kfin Technologies’ website
1. Go to Kfin Technologies’ IPO registrar website.
2. Select ‘ATC Energies System IPO’.
3. Choose how you want to search – by PAN, Demat account, or application number.
4. Enter the required details and captcha.
5. Click ‘Submit’ to check your status.

ATC Energies System Limited IPO details
ATC Energies System’s SME IPO is valued at Rs 63.76 crore and includes a fresh issue of 4.32 million equity shares along with an offer for sale (OFS), where promoter Sandeep Gangabishan Bajoria is selling up to 1.08 million shares. The company has set the price band between Rs 112 and Rs 118 per share, with a minimum lot size of 1,200 shares. As per the red herring prospectus (RHP), the shares are expected to be listed on the NSE Emerge (NSE SME) platform on April 2, 2025.
ATC Energies will not receive any proceeds from the OFS, as the selling shareholder will retain his share after deducting related expenses and taxes. However, the company plans to use the funds raised from the fresh issue to repay or prepay its loans taken to purchase its Noida factory, including the land and building.
