Vedanta Dividend 2023, Vedanta Dividend Record Date 2023, Vedanta Share Price NSE: Mining company Vedanta Limited, NSE: VEDL, has fixed the record date for the payment of dividend to its shareholders. The company will consider a proposal for fourth interim dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 in its board meeting today, January 27.
The stock will trade ex date on February 3.
According to an exchange filing by the company, the Vedanta board has fixed February 4, Saturday as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividend amount if approved today.
"...the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) on Friday, January 27, 2023, will consider and approve Fourth Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2022-23," the company's exchange filing read.
