Tenneco Clean Air IPO Listing: Shares of Tenneco Clean Air India Limited made a stellar debut on Dalal Street at around 27 per cent premium over the issue price on Wednesday, November 19. The stock opened for trade at Rs 505 on the NSE and at Rs 498 on the BSE, translating to a premium of 27.20 per cent and 25.44 per cent over the issue price, respectively.

Overall, investors bid for 392.21 crore shares against the total shares on offer. The subscription includes bids from institutional buyers, institutional investors and retail investor quota who booked the issue 166.42 times, 40.74 and 5.11 times against their allotted portions, respectively.

In terms of shares, the QIB, NII and RII categories booked 316.98 crore, 58.20 crore and 17.02 crore shares against their allotted portions, respectively.

The IPO of Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd was a book-build issue of Rs 3,600 crore, comprising an entirely OFS of 9.07 crore shares. Through OFS, Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Limited, Tenneco (Mauritius) Limited, Federal-Mogul Investments B.V., Federal-Mogul Pty Ltd and Tenneco LLC are offloading their stakes.

Price band: Rs 378 to Rs 397 per equity share

Tenneco Clean Air India Limited is a subsidiary of Tenneco Inc. and deals in designing and manufacturing clean air and powertrain products for automotive applications.

Incorporated in 2018, its product portfolio includes catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters (DPFs), mufflers, and exhaust pipes.

Financially, the company reported a revenue decrease of 11 per cent while its profit after tax (PAT) rose by 33 per cent in the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
