Stocks to Watch Today on June 09, 2026: Indian stock market investors on Tuesday will watch developments on telecom operators, NLC India's OFS, Grasim's expansion plans and fresh order wins by RVNL and JNK India. Here are the key stocks likely to remain in focus.

Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea

Telecom stocks could remain in focus after the Bombay High Court provided relief to telecom operators. The court set aside the Centre's one-time spectrum charge demand order and ruled that the government cannot change financial terms several years after granting telecom licences. The court also directed the return of bank guarantees.

The dispute relates to a one-time charge imposed on spectrum holdings above 6.2 MHz. The policy was announced in 2012 but was made applicable retrospectively from July 1, 2008.

NLC India

The government will sell up to a 3 per cent stake in NLC India through an Offer for Sale (OFS), including a 1 per cent greenshoe option. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 303 per share, implying a discount of around 9.7 per cent to the previous closing price.

The OFS will open for non-retail investors on Tuesday, while retail investors can bid on Wednesday.

Grasim Industries

Grasim has approved a capital expenditure of around Rs 3,090 crore for capacity expansion at its Harihar unit in Karnataka.

The company said the expansion will help increase its Cellulosic Staple Fibre capacity. After completion, Grasim expects its total Cellulosic Staple Fibre capacity to exceed 1 million tonnes annually by 2030.

IRB Infrastructure Developers

IRB Infrastructure reported a 25 per cent year-on-year rise in toll collections for May.

The company's gross toll revenue increased to Rs 843 crore during the month.

Bajaj Finserv

Bajaj Finserv's insurance businesses reported mixed monthly updates for May.

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance reported gross direct premium of Rs 1,343 crore, up 1.6 per cent year-on-year.

Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance reported total new business premium of Rs 1,236 crore, marking a 65.8 per cent increase from a year ago.

RVNL

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) received a Letter of Acceptance worth Rs 221 crore from South East Central Railway.

The company is required to complete the project within 730 days.

Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels signed a franchise agreement for a new hotel in Jaipur.

The property will operate under the "Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels" brand. With this addition, the company will have six hotels in Jaipur.

Royal Orchid Hotels

Royal Orchid Hotels launched "Z by Regenta City Centre Ahmedabad".

The brand is focused on Gen Z travellers and forms part of the company's expanding lifestyle hospitality portfolio.
