Stocks to Watch Today (May 7, 2026): Indian equity markets may see stock-specific action on Thursday, May 7, due to a busy earnings calendar, corporate announcements, open offers and record date changes. Companies including Bajaj Holdings, Biocon, Dabur, Lupin, Bharat Forge, Britannia, and BSE are scheduled to announce their March quarter earnings during the day.
PB Fintech and Shree Cement reported their Q4FY26 earnings after market hours, while investors will also track updates from Trent, Jio Financial Services, UltraTech Cement, Waaree Energies, and Mahindra Lifespaces.
Dabur India Ltd is scheduled to announce its Q4FY26 earnings between 1 pm and 3 pm.
The company has also announced plans to set up a new US subsidiary named “Trustline Brands Inc.” in Delaware for FMCG sales and distribution operations. Dabur International will hold a 100 per cent stake in the entity.
Biocon Ltd will announce its March quarter earnings after market hours.
The company’s board will also consider an investment proposal through equity shares along with the results announcement.
Shree Cement Ltd reported better-than-expected standalone Q4FY26 earnings supported by strong demand and premium product sales.
Revenue rose 7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5,642 crore, while net profit fell 4 per cent to Rs 532 crore. EBITDA declined 9.5 per cent and margins narrowed to 22.1 per cent from 26.3 per cent last year.
The company said premium products contributed 22 per cent of total trade volume during the quarter.
PB Fintech Ltd posted mixed Q4FY26 earnings, with strong insurance growth offset by weaker lending disbursals.
Revenue increased 36.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,061 crore, while net profit jumped 53.5 per cent to Rs 261 crore. Lending disbursal, however, declined 32 per cent year-on-year.
Trent Ltd revised the record date for its 1:2 bonus issue to June 4, 2026, from May 29, 2026.
The company also changed the dividend record date to June 12, 2026, from June 10, 2026.
Jio Financial Services Ltd invested Rs 300 crore in subsidiary JFPSL through the allotment of 30 crore equity shares.
