Domestic equity markets are expected to see stock-specific action on Thursday as several companies announced fundraising plans, new orders, regulatory updates and business developments.

Sudharshan Pharma, Lupin, Bosch Home Comfort, RailTel, RVNL, HFCL, Apollo Hospitals and others are likely to remain in focus amid fresh corporate announcements, stake sale activity and sectoral triggers.

Sudharshan Pharma

Sudharshan Pharma’s board will consider fundraising through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue and other modes. Further details are awaited.

Anchor Lock-in Opens

Anchor lock-in will open for GSp Cropscience (4 per cent), Inventurus Knowledge Systems (20 per cent) and One Mobikwik (21 per cent).

Lupin

Lupin has launched Azilsartan Medoxomil Tablets in the US in 40 mg and 80 mg strengths. The drug is a generic version of Edarbi. It is used for treatment of high blood pressure. The US market size of the drug is about Rs 505 crore in annual sales.

Bosch Home Comfort

Promoter Bosch Global Software Technologies will sell up to a 7.97 per cent stake through an offer for sale (OFS). The floor price is fixed at about Rs 1,150 per share, at a discount of around 10 per cent. The OFS will open for non-retail investors today and for retail investors tomorrow.

Auto, Liquor and Textile Stocks

Stocks in the auto, liquor and textile sectors will be in focus as the India-UK Free Trade Agreement is set to come into effect from 15 July.

Banking Stocks

The Reserve Bank of India has given temporary relief in rules for NRI deposits. The interest rate ceiling on FCNR(B) deposits of 3–5 years has been removed. The relaxation also applies to NRE deposits above 3 years. The relaxation is valid from 17 June to 30 September 2026.

Apollo Hospitals

The RBI has issued a compounding order in a FEMA-related matter involving Apollo Hospitals. The company has paid about Rs 17.77 crore to settle the case.

Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened a new hotel in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. This is the company’s 23rd hotel in the state.

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has received a contract worth Rs 127 crore from a buyer in London, UK. The contract is for the supply of 30,000 metric tonnes of pig iron.

RailTel Corporation

RailTel Corporation has received an order worth about Rs 52.6 crore from the Director of IT. The order is for disaster recovery IT infrastructure under MeitY.

IFCI

IFCI will remain in focus after NSE filed draft IPO papers with market regulator SEBI earlier this week.

RVNL

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance from East Coast Railway. The order is for the construction of bridges under the railway line expansion work.

HFCL

HFCL has secured a Rs 2,666 crore contract from RVNL under the BharatNet Phase-III project for the supply of equipment.

DOMS Industries

DOMS Industries saw block deal activity. SBI Mutual Fund bought 9.3 lakh shares worth Rs 205 crore. Axis Mutual Fund bought 3.6 lakh shares worth Rs 79.6 crore.

Corona Remedies

Sepia Investments sold shares worth around Rs 749 crore in a block deal on the exchanges.
