Stocks to Watch Today (January 13, 2026): Indian equity markets are likely to remain stock-specific on Tuesday, January 13, amid a heavy flow of quarterly earnings, IPO activity, dividend announcements and corporate updates. IT stocks, primary market names and select midcaps are expected to stay in focus.

HCL Technologies

HCL Tech reported better-than-expected Q3FY26 revenue of Rs 33,872 crore, up 6 per cent quarter-on-quarter. EBIT rose 14 per cent to Rs 6,285 crore, while margins improved to 18.6 per cent. PAT declined 3.6 per cent to Rs 4,082 crore due to a one-time labour code impact of Rs 956 crore. The company announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share and revised FY26 constant currency revenue growth guidance to 4–4.5 per cent.

Tata Consultancy Services

TCS posted Q3FY26 revenue of Rs 67,087 crore, up 2 per cent sequentially and ahead of estimates. Operating profit rose 2 per cent, while margins remained flat at 25.2 per cent. PAT declined 11.7 per cent due to labour code impact and legal provisions. The board declared a total dividend of Rs 57 per share, including a special dividend.

ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential, Tata Elxsi

Shares of ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential and Tata Elxsi are expected to remain in focus after their results were announced post market.

Amagi Media Labs

Amagi Media Labs opens its IPO today and the issue will close on January 16. The price band is fixed at Rs 343–361 per share, with an issue size of Rs 1,789 crore. The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 816 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 973 crore. The company raised Rs 804 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue.

Authum Investment & Infrastructure

Authum Investment & Infrastructure will trade ex-bonus today for its 4:1 bonus issue, which could lead to stock-specific action.

Canara HSBC Life Insurance

Shares may see activity as the anchor lock-in period opens for 4 per cent of the company’s equity.

Anand Rathi Wealth

Anand Rathi Wealth reported strong year-on-year growth in Q3FY26, with revenue up 22 per cent and profit rising nearly 30 per cent. Assets under management also grew sharply, although net inflows moderated during the quarter.

Biocon

Biocon announced the opening of its qualified institutional placement, with a floor price set at Rs 387.74 per share. The company plans to raise up to Rs 4,150 crore through the QIP.

KP Group

KP Group signed an MoU with the Gujarat government for renewable energy projects worth around Rs 4,000 crore, strengthening its clean energy pipeline.

GMDC, Hindustan Copper, MOIL

These stocks may remain in focus after government discussions on a Rs 7,280 crore plan to boost rare earth magnet production capacity in India.
