The company reported steady billings growth. Standalone billings rose 7.4 per cent to Rs 1,057 crore. Recruitment solutions grew 9.5 per cent, while Jeevansathi saw strong 21 per cent growth. However, Shiksha billings declined 12.9 per cent.

Bosch Limited

The company will acquire the entire stake in Bosch Chassis Systems India from Robert Bosch for around Rs 9,069 crore. The deal includes both cash and non-cash components. This will strengthen its vehicle motion portfolio in India.

NHPC Limited

The government has approved an investment of around Rs 26,070 crore for a 1,720 MW hydropower project in Arunachal Pradesh.
