MRF Dividend 2026: Tyre maker MRF Limited reported a 13.7 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 8,044.22 crore for the January-March quarter of FY26, compared with Rs 7,074.82 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the company jumped 42.7 per cent to Rs 700.68 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 491.13 crore reported in Q4FY25.
Consolidated total income increased 13.8 per cent YoY to Rs 8,183.28 crore from Rs 7,190.16 crore. Consolidated total expenses rose 11.3 per cent to Rs 7,267.51 crore against Rs 6,531.04 crore a year ago.
MRF Limited said its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 229 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each, or 2,290 per cent, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company had already declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs 3 each per share during FY26.
With this, the total dividend for FY26 stands at Rs 235 per equity share.
On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, consolidated revenue from operations remained largely flat at Rs 8,044.22 crore compared with Rs 8,050.43 crore reported in the December quarter.
Consolidated total income also remained almost unchanged at Rs 8,183.28 crore against Rs 8,177.13 crore in Q3FY26.
Consolidated total expenses increased 1.2 per cent from Rs 7,179.80 crore in the previous quarter to Rs 7,267.51 crore.
Consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the company declined 1.5 per cent from Rs 710.99 crore in Q3FY26 to Rs 700.68 crore in the March quarter.
For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, consolidated revenue from operations rose 10.6 per cent to Rs 31,149.01 crore compared with Rs 28,153 crore in FY25.
Consolidated total income increased 10.8 per cent to Rs 31,653.64 crore from Rs 28,569.65 crore in the previous financial year.
Consolidated total expenses climbed 8.7 per cent to Rs 28,368.26 crore against Rs 26,086.65 crore in FY25.
Consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the company rose 31.5 per cent to Rs 2,464.46 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,874.29 crore in the previous financial year.
MRF Limited reported a 36.5 per cent year-on-year rise in standalone net profit at Rs 680 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared with Rs 498 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Standalone revenue from operations increased 13.9 per cent YoY to Rs 7,908 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 6,944 crore reported in the year-ago period. Including other income, the standalone total income for the quarter rose 14 per cent to Rs 8,041 crore against Rs 7,055 crore in Q4FY25.
Profit before exceptional items and tax climbed 37.2 per cent to Rs 885 crore from Rs 645 crore a year ago. After accounting for an exceptional gain of Rs 15 crore, profit before tax rose 39.5 per cent to Rs 900 crore in the March quarter compared with Rs 645 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total expenses during the quarter increased 11.7 per cent to Rs 7,157 crore from Rs 6,410 crore in the year-ago period.
