Q4 Results This Week (April 20–25): A total of several listed companies are set to announce their financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26 during the week starting Monday, April 20, with firms across banking, IT, financial services, auto, and energy sectors scheduled to report their earnings.
As many as 12 companies are lined up to declare their March quarter results on Monday. These include PSU lender Bank of Maharashtra, newly-listed Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww), Tata Group firm NELCO, NBFC PNB Housing Finance, and Indosolar, among others.
Other companies scheduled to report include Axita Cotton, E2E Networks, Indbank Merchant Banking Services, Navkar Corporation, PNB Gilts, SML Mahindra, and Ugro Capital.
Along with earnings, the boards of PNB Housing Finance, NELCO, Bank of Maharashtra, SML Mahindra, PNB Gilts, and Axita Cotton are expected to consider dividend recommendations.
On Tuesday, April 21, companies such as HCL Technologies, Nestle India, Tata Elxsi, Tata Investment Corporation, and Cyient DLM are set to announce their quarterly numbers, along with over a dozen other firms.
On Wednesday, April 22, key companies including SBI Life Insurance, Havells India, Oracle Financial Services Software, Tech Mahindra, L&T Technology Services, Trent, and Delta Corp will release their Q4 FY26 results.
On Thursday, April 23, companies such as Infosys, Tata Capital, LTIMindtree, Cyient, Mahindra Logistics, and Indian Energy Exchange are among 17 firms scheduled to announce earnings.
On Friday, April 24, Reliance Industries will announce its Q4 FY26 results. The Mukesh Ambani-led conglomerate will be closely tracked by investors.
Other companies scheduled to report the same day include Shriram Finance, Adani Green Energy, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, and Zensar Technologies, along with several others.
Separately, a few more companies will announce their results shortly after the week ends. Axis Bank, IDFC First Bank, India Cements, Mantra Capital, Sampann Utpadan India, and SBFC Finance are scheduled to declare their results on April 25, while Avantel will announce its earnings on April 26.

Among companies that have already reported, ICICI Bank posted an over 8 per cent year-on-year rise in standalone net profit to Rs 13,701 crore for Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 12,629 crore a year ago. Net interest income rose nearly 2 per cent to Rs 43,275 crore. The bank recommended a dividend of Rs 12 per share.
HDFC Bank reported a net profit of Rs 19,221 crore for the March quarter, up 9 per cent from Rs 17,616 crore in the year-ago period. Its NII increased 3.2 per cent to Rs 33,082 crore. The bank announced a final dividend of Rs 13 per share.
Jio Financial Services reported a 13.88 per cent decline in consolidated profit to Rs 272.22 crore due to higher expenses, while total income nearly doubled to Rs 1,020 crore. It recommended a dividend of Rs 0.60 per share.
Wipro posted a 2 per cent decline in net profit to Rs 3,502 crore, while revenue rose 8 per cent to Rs 24,236 crore. The company also approved a Rs 15,000 crore share buyback at Rs 250 per share.
