Mindtree Limited reported a marginal decline in its Quarter-on-Quarter attrition over the Last Twelve Months (LTM) at 24.1 per cent in June-September 2022 quarter. In Q1FY23, the Larsen & Toubro-backed company had reported 24.5 per cent attrition rate on LTM basis.
However, in Q2 of FY22, the attrition stood at 17.7 per cent. The company reported growth a 32 per cent growth in women employees for the reporting quarter which was at par on sequantial and YoY basis.
The company announced its quarterly earning on Thursday after market hours. It reported over 27 per cent jump in its net profit for the quaerter gone by.
