IndiGo crisis hits civil aviation

The civil aviation industry in India has been facing a huge crisis since last week because of the large-scale grounding of pilots and cabin crews, which was a result of the implementation of the revised Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) norms that were issued by the DGCA last year.

A huge number of passengers had to go through the hassle of long queues, delays, and very poor facilities with some of them left at airports for several hours. A lot of passengers have asked IndiGo to give timely information and help so that the inconvenience in traveling can be reduced.
