India's mobile phone manufacturing industry has hit a milestone, with exports reaching an all-time high of Rs 1.5 lakh crore in January, according to the India Cellular and Electronics Association (ICEA). This marks a significant increase from the previous record of Rs 22,868 crore in the 2020-21 financial year, highlighting the positive effects of the government's Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.
