IL&FS Case: NCLT rejects Deloitte, BSR & Associates arm's no-jurisdiction plea

NCLT has today rejected an appeal by the auditors of debt-laden cpmpany (IL&FS), challenging the court’s jurisdiction to ban them for alleged abetment of financial fraud.
