Government Launches Grievance Appellate System For Social Media Complaints

The government has set up a technology platform to process user complaints against social media companies. IT Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Tuesday launched a grievance appellate panel mechanism, that will look into appeals by users against decisions of social media platforms.
