Air India Offers VRS For Permanent Staff, Relaxes Age Criteria To 40 Years From 55

Tata Group-owned airline Air India has recently reduced the age eligibility of voulntary retirement from 55 years to 40 years, to promote voluntary retirement. The special thing is that the employees will also be given a cash incentive on retirement. The circular related to this has been issued on Wednesday.
