SBI debit card holders ALERT! Want to withdraw money from bank ATM? NOT without your smartphone; check last date
From 1st January, 20202 SBI debit cards and credit cards holders must not forget to carry their smartphones if they are going to withdraw money from an State Bank Of India (SBI) ATM after 8 pm. From 2020, SBI customers are going to receive OTPs from the bank between 8 AM to 8 PM. Notably, without OTP they can't withdraw money. Do note that this rule is applicable on those SBI debit cards and credit cards customers who are going to withdraw more than Rs 10, 000 from ATM.
SBI ATM Cash Withdrawal
After inserting a debit card in SBI ATM machine, customers are going to receive an OTP on their smartphone. Only after they type the OTP number on the SBI ATM screen will customers be able to withdraw money.

SBI customers can withdraw money from other Banks's ATMs at anytime without any OTP.
