Raja Chari greeted the people by posting a photo of the Indian National Flag at the International Space Station (ISS).
Independence Day 2022: As 130 crore Indians celebrate Independence Day today (15 August), wishes are pouring in from all the pockets of the world including from the space. The country's spirit of unity was celebrated by India-origin NASA astronaut Raja Chari who shared the photo of Tricolour being unfurled far and wide.
Raja Chari greeted the people by posting a photo of the Indian National Flag at the International Space Station (ISS). He also dropped a message, "On Indian Independence eve I’m reminded of Indian diaspora that I could see from @Space_Station where my immigrant father’s home town of Hyderabad shines bright. @nasa is just 1 place Indian Americans make a difference every day. Looking forward to @IndianEmbassyUS celebration."
