DDA flats booking 2019: Over 18,000 houses on sale in Delhi - Check if you are eligible to buy

Here's good news for those looking to have a house in the National Capital, Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched its housing scheme on 25th March 2019 (today).

DDA flats Booking 2019: Here's good news for those looking to have a house in the National Capital, Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched its housing scheme on 25th March 2019 (today). The scheme will provide an opportunity to own a DDA flat in Delhi as there will be 18,000 flats to be sold. According to the scheme, most of these 18,000 ready to sell flats are in Narela and Vasant Kunj regions of Delhi.

Total 18000 flats are available

Out of 18,000 flats, 7,700 flats shall be assigned to the Economic Weaker Section (EWS) category and 8,300 flats shall be assigned to Lower Income Group (LIG) category. While for Middle Income Group (MIG) and Higher Income Group (HIG) category, 1,550 flats and 450 flats shall be assigned respectively. Here is the eligibility criteria for the same.
