Indian Army recruitment 2019: The Indian Army has invited applications from female candidates for admission to 4 year B.Sc Nursing course commencing in 2020 at colleges of nursing, Armed Forces Medical Services. The selected candidates will have to execute an agreement to serve in the Military Nursing Service (MNS) for 5 years. Notably, the examination will be conducted in offline mode.
The interested candidates have to submit their applications in online mode. The application form has been released on 14th November 2019.
Important date:
Last date for application form submission - 2nd Dec 2019
Admit card release date - 4th week of December 2019
Entrance test date - 2nd week of January 2020
Declaration of Result - 4th week of March 2020
Educational qualification:
The candidates should have passed their class 12th or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and English subjects with not less than 50% marks from a recognized board.
The selected candidates will have to execute an agreement to serve in the Military Nursing Service (MNS) for 5 years. Notably, the examination will be conducted in offline mode.
The age limit set for the candidates is between 17-25 years respectively.

Selection Process:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the computer-based examination. The entrance test will be followed by an interview and medical fitness. Only after clearing all these rounds, the candidates will be considered for final admission.
