In a move towards digital governance, the Yogi government has announced a new initiative allowing electricity consumers in Uttar Pradesh to increase their electricity load online
The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has launched this new digital process to enhance transparency and convenience for consumers. With this initiative, residents can apply for a load increase through the official website without any physical visits.
UPPCL Chairman Dr Ashish Goel stated, "Yogi government is committed to ensuring transparency and efficiency in public services. This digital initiative will provide consumers with a faster, more streamlined, and time-bound service."
How to apply online?
Consumers can visit www.uppcl.org and click on the “Load Change Request” link to submit their applications.
