SSC Recruitment 2018: Applicants should apply only online and applications received through any other mode would be rejected. They should apply only once for one post. In case of multiple applications for one post, all their applications will be rejected.
SSC Recruitment 2018: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invited applications from interested candidates for Selection Posts (Phase-VI) 2018 through a recruitment notice on September 5. The applicants need to know that the last date, September 30, 2018, is inching closer, therefore, they must submit their online applications. The SSC had notifies as many as 1000 vacancies in 130 post categories.
Applicants should apply only online and applications received through any other mode would be rejected. They should apply only once for one post. In case of multiple applications for one post, all their applications will be rejected.
The applicants should follow the steps given below to file online applications:
1. They should first visit the official websites: www.sssonline.nic.in or www.ssc.nic.in
2. Click at page: RECRUITMENT OF SELECTION POSTS (PHASE-VI), 2018 and Click here to apply link
3. Candidates should register them and fill in the details according to the instructions
4. After submission of online application form, take a print out of the form for future reference
Notably, candidates may be asked to submit the application form along with other requisite documents when called by the Commission after the computer-based examination.

The Staff Selection Commission was set to conduct examinations for recruitment to lower categories of posts. It is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training and comprises of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations who are appointed on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Central government from time to time. The Commission is provided such supporting staff as considered necessary by the Central government.
