Railway Recruitment 2018: The South Eastern Railway (SER) has invited applications from retired employees. These former Railway employees will be re-engaged on monthly remuneration basis. The last date for submission of the application form is November 26, 2018. They may apply in the prescribed format before the deadline.
These re-engaged retired employees will not be given any additional benefits. The candidates should go through the official notification for the details about the recruitment details. The applicants should make sure that they are eligible for these posts. The applicants have to be medically fit for these posts.
Railway Recruitment 2018: Vacancy detail
There are total 20 posts vacant for retired Staff. These are:
Ministerial: 8 posts
Nursing care: 7 posts
Field worker: 1 posts
Extn. Educator: 1 posts
AMST: 1 posts
The candidates should not be more than 65 years of age.
The selected candidates will be given a salary in accordance with the last salary he had drawn minus pension.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written exam.

The candidates may send the application in prescribed format to the Chairman, Railway recruitment cell, South Eastern Railway, 11, Garen Reach, Kolkata- 700043. The applicants have to superscribe "Application for re-engagement in medical department/GRC in Railway service" on the envelope.
