PM Kisan 22th instalment: The central government is set to release the 22nd instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme in March 2026. The instalment will be released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Assam on 13-14 March.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will inaugurate, lay foundation stones and dedicate development projects worth more than Rs 47,800 crore in locations including Kokrajhar, Guwahati and Silchar.
With the release of the PM Kisan 22nd instalment, financial assistance will be transferred directly to eligible farmers’ bank accounts through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system.
More than 2.15 crore women farmers are among the beneficiaries of the upcoming instalment.
The PM Kisan 22nd instalment date 2026 is expected to be 13 March 2026, when the Prime Minister releases the payment during his Assam visit.
