<p>The NSE’s announcement follows a wave of support from both government and private institutions. Earlier this week, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani offered free medical treatment to the injured victims at the Reliance Foundation Sir HN Hospital in Mumbai. “We wish a speedy and full recovery to all those injured,” said Ambani, committing his hospital’s services to the victims without cost.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah announced an ex gratia compensation of Rs 10 lakh for the families of those killed. Additionally, those who suffered serious injuries will receive Rs 2 lakh, while persons with minor injuries will be given Rs 1 lakh as relief.</p>
