Railways Alert! Bad news for Delhiites! Tomorrow, the Delhi P.R.S. (Computerized Passenger Reservation System) will be shut for more than an hour. This would mean that, a train passenger would not be able to either book tickets at station window or even online. Booking for reservation tickets begins more than two months ahead for a journey with Railways. Considering that Delhi, which has one of the busiest Railways stations in India, it will surely be a big hurdle for passengers tomorrow who have made their plans and were all set to do their final booking.

What has been revealed is that, the Delhi Passenger Reservation System will remain shut from 11.45 p.m. on 9th November 2018 to 01.40 a.m.(midnight hours) on 10th November 2018.

A public notification has been made to Delhiites by Indian Railways. 

Hence, this would mean, services like  reservation activities, internet booking, allied enquiry services on Telephone No. 139 will not be available due to the above duration.

If you are planning to book tickets or any enquiry at Delhi Railway stations, then remember the above mentioned time when the services would not be available.
