LPG Cylinder Price: Rates hiked for commercial cylinders; domestic gas cylinder cost remains unchanged - check price is in your city
Gas cylinder price: Indian Oil (IOCL) and other oil companies have reviewed the prices of petrol diesel and LPG gas on the first of every month. From today, January 1, 2023, the prices of gas cylinders have increased. The prices of commercial cylinders have been increased by Rs 25.
The price of domestic gas cylinders is the same. The cost of a domestic cylinder in Delhi is Rs 1053. Apart from this, it is available for Rs 1052.5 in Mumbai, Rs 1079 in Kolkata, and Rs 1068.5 in Chennai. Domestic gas cylinder prices have increased by Rs 153.5 in the last 9 months.
Commercial gas cylinder price in big metropolitans:
- Delhi – Rs 1768 / cylinder
- Mumbai – Rs 1721/ cylinder
- Kolkata – Rs 1870/ cylinder
- Chennai – Rs 1917/ cylinder
Domestic LPG cylinder price in metropolitans:
- Delhi – Rs 1053
- Mumbai – Rs 1052.5
- Kolkata – Rs 1079
- Chennai – Rs 1068.5

The prices of domestic gas cylinders have increased by Rs 153.5 in the last year.
How many times the cylinder had become expensive
In the year 2022, the prices of domestic cylinders were increased by Rs 50 in the month of March.
In May the prices were again increased by Rs 50 and for the second time in the month of May, the prices were increased by Rs 3.50. The prices were increased by Rs 50 for the last time in July.
