In four charts: Over 30,000 homes remain unsold in Delhi region

Nearly 30,000 homes are lying vacant in National Capital Region (NCR).

According to data available, Greater Noida leads the table with 15,000 unsold houses, followed by Faridabad, Noida and Gurgaon with 10,000 units, 5,000 units and 4,000 units, respectively.

According to ProTiger, inventory overhang, or the minimum time taken to sell a flat, is also highest among cities in NCR. The data shows that Gurgaon and Noida have the highest inventory overhang of 57 and 51 months, respectively. This is followed by Mumbai at 40 months and Gurgaon with 38 months.
