IAC Vikrant is a testimony to success of Make in India, says Union Minister Piyush Goyal

India begins the next phase of trials of the Make In India IAC Vikrant. The indigenously built aircraft carrier has already completed its first phase of trial successfully. In this regard, Union Minister Piyush Goyal also tweeted with regards to this.

Goyal who is a Minister of Textiles, Commerce and Industry and Consumer affairs said that IAC Vikrant is the testimony of the success of the Make in India. It reflects a growing self-reliance of the country in the defense sector.

In October, the aircraft career completed a 10-day second sea trials.
