How to order Aadhaar card reprint with non-registered phone number online? Step-by-step guide by UIDAI
Citizens can raise the request for Aadhaar reprint, by visiting UIDAI Official Website or Resident Portal using 12 digits Aadhaar Number (UID) or 16 digits Virtual Identification Number (VID).
The Aadhaar-maker UIDAI allows citizens to order their 12-digit biometric reprint online even by using non-registered mobile number. UIDAI through its Twitter account has given a step-by-step guide to citizens for applying the Order Aadhaar reprint service. The service is done on a pilot basis, which can be availed by residents by paying a nominal charge. The service is generally used when you have lost or misplaced your Aadhaar copy. Citizens can raise the request for Aadhaar reprint, by visiting UIDAI Official Website or Resident Portal using 12 digits Aadhaar Number (UID) or 16 digits Virtual Identification Number (VID).

Here’s how you can apply for Order Aadhaar reprint service with non-registered mobile number.
Step 1 - Visit uidai.gov.in website and use ‘Order Aadhaar reprint’ service.
Step 2 - Enter your Aadhaar number or VID.
Step 3 - Enter security code or request for One-Time-Password.
Step 4 - Make payment. On every Aadhaar reprint order, you will have to pay Rs 50 inclusive of GST and speed post charges. One can make the payment using credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI method.
Step 5 - Check the preview available on UIDAI screen and then confirm.
Step 6 - Enter the OTP. However, remember to verify your details before making payment.
Step 7 - Keep a note of SRN generated at the screen. SRN is a 28-digit number which is generated after raising a request for ‘Order Aadhaar Reprint’ on UIDAI website. This number is generated each time a request is raised regardless of your payment status at UIDAI.
Step 8 - Reprinted Aadhaar letter is handed to DoP within 5 days.
Step 9 - Aadhaar letter will be delivered to you within 10 working days time.
You can use the AWB number (Sent via SMS) to track your package from: https://www.indiapost.gov.in/.
AWB is termed as Airway Bill Number which is a tracking number generated by India Speed Post for the assignment or product that they deliver.
