SBI recruitment 2019: Bank jobs are always among the most sought after employment avenues by youths. However, a small mistake can kill their bank job dream and also result in loss of lots of money. Fraudsters these days try to dupe SBI job aspirants by hosting fake websites that look like that of the State Bank of India. They post fake selection lists for different posts and even issue fake appointment letters in lieu of money.
India's largest commercial lender has warned SBI job aspirants against falling prey to such fraudsters.
On its official career web page, SBI cautions aspirants: "It has been reported to us that some fraudsters have hosted web sites making them appear to be as those of State Bank of India (SBI). Fake lists of selection for posts in SBI have been published on these websites, and reportedly fake appointment letters are also being issued in the name of SBI."
"It is clarified that SBI never publishes names of shortlisted/selected candidates on the website. Only roll numbers/registration numbers are published and shortlisted/selected candidates are informed individually through SMS/Email/Post. All details regarding recruitment e.g. notice, interview schedule, final result etc., are published only on https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and https://bank.sbi/careers," it adds.
So, you should always visit the official website for any all details about any recruitment process in the SBI.
SBI also urges job aspirants to cross verify any communication received from other sources with the official websites mentioned above.
