Amid Indo-Pak tensions, schools reopen in J&K and Rajasthan; Punjab border districts remain shut

While Rajasthan reopened schools in districts like Barmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, and Sri Ganganagar, Jaisalmer remained cautious and kept institutions shut. Voluntary blackouts and SIM bans continued in sensitive areas amid drone fears.
