As per a CBSE circular,  if a student has been tested Corona positive then he or she need not worry about the lab practical exams. Exams for such students will be postponed and can be done either in April or even after written exams are over. Source: PTI

Several schools in Kolkata have either started the class 12 board practicals or will start soon amid rising Covid cases as per a report by DNA. Three city schools have already closed down for about a week because of two students and a teacher being tested COVID-19 positive. Source: PTI

At present, almost every day, a few are reporting sick and are unable to appear for their exams. Both the schools and the kids were concerned about their practical marks because the exams were progressing as per the schedule and they were being marked absent. Source: PTI

Keeping in mind the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country, the CBSE has allowed the class 10 and class 12 board exam candidates to change their exam centres. Many class 10 class 12 students have moved to other cities along with their families and finding it difficult to attend the exams due to surge in the number of COVID-19 cases. Under this provision, the class 10 class 12 board exam candidates will be allowed to change their exam centre according to their preference. Source: PTI
