The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) today (October 28), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is expected to discuss several projects, Zee Business reported. The meeting is expected to start at 3 PM at NMC.

Here are a few things that may be discussed as per the sources:

- Affordable housing is not viable.
- The focus will remain on mid-income and luxury housing: Signature Global.
- Dwarka Expressway and Sohna Peripheral Road offer significant opportunities.
- Demand has increased in Gurugram, and we will also bring inventory there.
- We may plan to expand into Noida, but a decision will be made only after securing the right land parcel.

In its last meeting, the centre approved four track expansion projects.
These include:
- Bhusawal-Wardha
- Gondia-Dungalgarh
- Itarsi-Bhopal-Bina
- Vadodara-Ratlam
