IndiGo Flight Cancel Refund: IndiGo Airlines has announced significant progress in resolving the global IT outage that caused operational difficulties on Friday. However, the passengers may still experience delays and schedule disruptions, the airline cautioned.

In a statement, the airline said, "Customers may still experience delays and schedule disruptions."

Meanwhile, Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu stated that airline systems across airports, which were impacted by the IT outage, have started working normally. He expects all issues to be resolved by noon on Saturday.

The airline requested passengers on social media platform X to check their flight status before heading to the airport. For cancelled flights, passengers are offered alternative flights, including full refunds.
