Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, took to social media to express his disappointment over an Air India flight delay. Responding to his grievance, the airline issued an apology and assured corrective action.

In his complaint, Chouhan highlighted the inconvenience caused due to the delay, urging the airline to improve its services. Addressing the concern, Air India tweeted:
"Dear Sir, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please be rest assured that we are looking into this matter carefully to prevent any such occurrences in the future. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you, kindly DM us a convenient time to connect."
