The Tractor Subsidy Scheme has been introduced by both state governments and it allows the farmers who meet the requirements to get financial help of up to Rs 3 lakh for buying a new tractor. The objective is to empower SC farmers, reduce farming burden, and encourage agricultural mechanisation.

  • Scheduled Caste (SC) farmers
  • Residents of Uttar Pradesh or Haryana

How Haryana farmers can apply for Tractor Subsidy Scheme

Step 1: Register on ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ Portal

  • Visit the MFMB portal or nearest farmer service centre
  • Register using Family ID (PPP) or Aadhaar number
  • Complete OTP-based verification using registered mobile number

Step 2: Apply for Tractor Subsidy Scheme SB-89

  • Go to the Agriculture Department portal and select Tractor Subsidy Scheme SB-89
  • Read the scheme guidelines carefully
  • Click on “Click Here for Registration”
  • Enter Family ID to fetch family details
  • Select the family member applying for the subsidy
  • Fill required details and upload documents

Terms and Conditions for Haryana Farmers

  • Applicant must be a resident of Haryana and belong to SC category.
  • The farmer must own agricultural land.
  • Land may be registered in the name of any family member under PPP Family ID.
  • Subsidy up to Rs 3 lakh per tractor (45 HP or above).
  • Beneficiary selection will be done through lottery (Draw of Lots) by district authorities.
  • Tractor cannot be sold for five years after purchase.
  • Subsidy amount will be transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account after purchase and physical verification.
