PM-KISAN 21st Installment Date Out: Check eligibility, eKYC process and key requirements

PM-KISAN: The 21st installment of the PM-KISAN (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana) has been announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The installment is set to be released on November 19, 2025.

Farmer registry launched this scheme for farmers to ensure seamless delivery of social welfare benefits nationwide.

The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana provides annual financial assistance of Rs. 6000/- per eligible farmer family.

As per the release , so far, more than Rs. 3.70 lakh crores have been disbursed to over 11 crore farmer families in the country through 20 instalments.

Who will get the benefits of PM-KISAN ?

• Farmers whose land details are seeded in PM KISAN portal.
• Those farmers who have bank accounts linked with Aadhaar and eKYC is completed.

• Farmers can check the status of their application, get details about their payments, and interact in their preferred language.
• Automatic Scheme Detection (ASD): Based on the user’s first query, the system will automatically identify the relevant scheme, simplifying the process for farmers.

Important things to do before receiving the 21st PM-KISAN installment

To get the Rs 2,000 installment without any delay, farmers should carry out the following actions immediately:

• Complete e-KYC: The authorities have made it quite clear that no installment will be credited unless e-KYC verification is done.
• Link Aadhaar with Bank Account: It is very important to link your Aadhaar number with your bank account so that there is no rejection of the payment.
• Land Verification: Make sure that PM-KISAN portal has your land ownership information accurately registered.
• Update Bank Details: One should be cognizant of the possible repercussions due to incorrect or out-of-date data e.g. payment delays or withholding of transfers.

Step-by-step guide to complete your PM-KISAN e-KYC yourself

• Step 1: Visit the official website of PM Kisan pmkisan.gov.in.
• Step 2: Go to Farmer Corner and click on the e-KYC option.
• Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number.
• Step 4: After verification, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number.
