Reliance Jio has unveiled a new postpaid plan priced at just Rs 199 with 25 GB data monthly and free unlimited calls. A quick comparison shows that Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular are providing similar plans but the price that they are charging is virtually double!

4/4This massive new offer from Reliance Jio comes in the wake of a stellar quarter in terms of sales by the company. It reported a 1.2 per cent sequential rise in standalone net profit in the fourth quarter of FY18. The net profit stood at Rs 510 crore in the just-concluded quarter against Rs 504 crore notched in the October-December 2017 period. The Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) fell to Rs 137.1 per month against the previous Rs 154.
