The largecap company has announced a Rs 30 per equity share for the FY25 with a face value of Rs 10, which represents a 300 per cent dividend.

"The board of directors at its meeting held today has approved a dividend of Rs 30 for FY24-25," the company said in a regulatory filing.

According to Ceat, the dividend payment will be paid within 30 days after the approval.
